Director of Service Experience

We are seeking a Director of Service Experience to manage the company’s program for measuring, reporting and improving the quality of internal and external service experiences. In this role, the successful candidate will assist the organization with the cultural adoption and reinforcement of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) service discipline to measure the organization’s service effectiveness. Director of Marketing

We are seeking a Mortgage Administrator at our corporate office in Duluth (Sugarloaf Pkwy). This is a full-time, contract position for duration of up to 12 weeks. This position will support the daily administrative operations related to the disclosing process and any additional projects as assigned. Training will be provided.

Network Administrator 

We are seeking a Network Administrator to provide network administrative support to end users within the Credit Union. This position is located at the Duluth (Sugarloaf Parkway) office. This position is responsible for technical support including setting up new users, assisting users with network access, and resolving connection problems. Installs, upgrades and backs up new software. Monitors network utilization and security systems. Provides technical support to end users, answers questions, and prepares network training sessions as needed. Maintains activity logs and makes recommendations for new network products. Notifies management of significant problems and recurring errors in operating systems.

The responsibility of this position includes performing a wide variety of sales and service transactions including assisting members with account inquiries, cross-selling products and services, and performing account research and data entry. Mortgage Loan Officer

We are currently seeking Mortgage Loan Officers for our North Atlanta and Dalton Branch. The responsibilities of this position requires participation in all steps related to the origination of mortgage loans, including but not limited to taking applications, discussing loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates and loan documentation in a positive and professional manner. This position requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as created by S.A.F.E Act. A minimum of 2 years of mortgage loan origination and or processing experience required. Bilingual Spanish / English preferred.

Mortgage Loan Underwriter

We are currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Underwriter to join our Mortgage Team. This position will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating income, credit reports and credit worthiness of potential borrowers. This person will also review appraisals, flood certs, title reports, etc to ensure that collateral risks are appropriate and meets the required guidelines. A high school diploma and a minimum of 3-5 years of Mortgage Loan Underwriting experience is required. Applicant must be able to meet the requirements for registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), as created by the S.A.F.E. Act.

Mortgage Loan Processor 

This position will be responsible for assuring that all member files are complete and in compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies and investor guidelines, compiling documents for member files and entering data into core processing systems for assessment and underwriting review, requesting necessary items (appraisal, title, flood certs, verifications, etc.), and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years mortgage loan processing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and must meet the qualifications and requirements of the Safe Act in order to acquire and or maintain a NMLS license.
