Internal Audit Manager 

We are seeking an Internal Audit Manager at our corporate office in Duluth (Sugarloaf Pkwy).  This position will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the Credit Union’s auditing program by reviewing and appraising the soundness, effectiveness and proper application of accounting and financial controls. Assists with all external audit and regulatory agency examinations and provides leadership, training and development to internal auditing team.This position reports to the Director of Internal Audit and Compliance and collaborates with senior management, the Supervisory Committee and the Board of Directors as needed to perform planned and ad hoc investigations and audits.

VP of Marketing

This position will be responsible for launching and overseeing major marketing projects in concert with internal teams and the agency, setting clear, measurable ROMI goals and achieving targeted results from brand positioning, to member growth, wallet share marketing and business development.  Candidate must have knowledge of all facets of marketing, including strategy, digital, conferences, database/CRM, annual reports, thought leadership and PR/communications.

Systems Operator

This position manages and monitors the operation of the host computer system and related peripheral equipment.  Responsible for performing complex procedures in the preparation of input files for processing and distributing the output. Monitors the operation of the host computer system and resolves problems or reports malfunctions to management. Writes operator instructions for computer production and program test-runs. Candidate must have strong problem-solving abilities with customer focus.

BSA Compliance Officer/Manager

We are seeking a BSA Compliance Officer/Manager to work in our Duluth (6705 Sugarloaf Pkwy) office. This position is responsible for ensuring the Credit Union is in compliance with all Bank Secrecy Act laws and regulations, including US Patriot Act, OFAC, Member Identification Program (MIP) and Anti‐Money Laundering (AML). This position will coordinate and monitor the BSA compliance program and assist in assessing the adequacy and extent of BSA programs designed to safeguard Credit Union assets. Assist in developing internal controls, procedures and policies, and recommend areas of improvement. Oversee the preparation and filing of reports with government agencies as directed by law. Conduct annual and periodic training of credit union personnel. This management position will supervise Fraud team and require thorough knowledge of BSA regulations and compliance, understanding of financial institution procedures, fraud, documentation and auditing.

 


 

Branch Manager

The responsibilities of the position include guiding the branch to deliver operationally sound, quality service to members; fostering and developing business relationships within the community; coaching and mentoring employees.  Candidate must possess a minimum of 5+ yrs in financial and loan management experience; credit union or banking experience preferred

Senior Financial Analyst 

This position is responsible for researching, compiling and analyzing financial data used in the development of balance sheet risk management strategies. Aids in the modeling and monitoring of the credit union’s interest rate risk and liquidity risk position. Develops and maintains reports that effectively communicate performance, risks and strategy recommendations in these areas. Engages and collaborates with others, including lines of business representatives and managers to provide support for treasury activities, corporate liquidity planning, capital planning and budgeting.

Mortgage Service Specialist 

This position is responsible for performing mortgage loan support services including assisting members with questions, processing payments and adjustments, disbursing insurance funds, and completing basic accounting and clerical duties. Tracks and obtains proof of insurance as required on member loans. Maintains department records and files and types routine reports and records. Assists or refers members as necessary.
