    VP of Marketing 

    This position will be responsible for launching and overseeing major marketing projects in concert with internal teams and the agency, setting clear, measurable ROMI goals and achieving targeted results from brand positioning, to member growth, wallet share marketing and business development. Candidate must have knowledge of all facets of marketing, including strategy, digital, conferences, database/CRM, annual reports, thought leadership and PR/communications.

    Internal Audit Manager 

    We are seeking an Internal Audit Manager at our corporate office in Duluth (Sugarloaf Pkwy).  This position will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the Credit Union’s auditing program by reviewing and appraising the soundness, effectiveness and proper application of accounting and financial controls. Assists with all external audit and regulatory agency examinations and provides leadership, training and development to internal auditing team.This position reports to the Director of Internal Audit and Compliance and collaborates with senior management, the Supervisory Committee and the Board of Directors as needed to perform planned and ad hoc investigations and audits.

    Area Manager 

    We are seeking an Area Manager to assume responsibilities over the Cumming, Athens, Dalton and Cartersville branch locations. This position is responsible for branch service levels, sales production, administration and development of branches within an assigned area. Implements appropriate policies, procedures and training to ensure efficient and effective branch operations.  Supervises branch performance and promotes optimal operations. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served.  Assists with the development and implementation of branch marketing programs. Oversees provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members. Provide leadership and coaching to branch managers. Frequent local travel required.

    BSA Compliance Officer/Manager

    We are seeking a BSA Compliance Officer/Manager to work in our Duluth (6705 Sugarloaf Pkwy) office. This position is responsible for ensuring the Credit Union is in compliance with all Bank Secrecy Act laws and regulations, including US Patriot Act, OFAC, Member Identification Program (MIP) and Anti‐Money Laundering (AML). This position will coordinate and monitor the BSA compliance program and assist in assessing the adequacy and extent of BSA programs designed to safeguard Credit Union assets. Assist in developing internal controls, procedures and policies, and recommend areas of improvement. Oversee the preparation and filing of reports with government agencies as directed by law. Conduct annual and periodic training of credit union personnel. This management position will supervise Fraud team and require thorough knowledge of BSA regulations and compliance, understanding of financial institution procedures, fraud, documentation and auditing.

    Sr. Financial Analyst 

    This position is responsible for researching, compiling and analyzing financial data used in the development of balance sheet risk management strategies. Aids in the modeling and monitoring of the credit union’s interest rate risk and liquidity risk position. Develops and maintains reports that effectively communicate performance, risks and strategy recommendations in these areas. Engages and collaborates with others, including lines of business representatives and managers to provide support for treasury activities, corporate liquidity planning, capital planning and budgeting.

    Consumer Lending Manager 

    This position is responsible for delivering consistently high quality service to members and support the goals of the Credit Union.  Responsible for analyzing and reviewing direct, indirect and student lending applications and rendering decisions within the terms of the Credit Union’s standards and procedures, regulatory underwriting guidelines and other market requirements. Coaches and supervises the consumer lending team. May be required to work some Saturdays. Some limited travel (GA) required.

    Operations Teller

    This is a part-time position of up to 25 hours each week working Monday – Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm. This position is responsible for a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing internal and external mail deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers’ checks, money orders and cash advances.  Balances each day’s transactions and verifies cash totals.  This position requires basic knowledge of financial products and services, computer proficiency with MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email and the ability to handle multiple projects with confidence, poise and focus.

    Loan Operations Specialist

    Work Based Learning Program 

     

    We are currently seeking Student Trainees to perform as Part-Time Tellers at our in-school branch located at the Academy of Advanced Learning in McDonough, GA. The successful candidate must be a student working in the Henry County Work Based Learning program and will be responsible for performing a variety of deposit services, including cash/check deposits and withdrawals, holds, loan payments and other monetary transactions for members.

    This position is responsible for full-cycle planning, developing, implementing and directing various projects to ensure consistency and execution in accordance with the Credit Union’s overall strategic objectives and initiatives. Ensures that project activities are timely and completed within established quality standards and procedures. Coordinates closely with department and third party contacts to maintain project schedules and to complete projects within budget. Communicates project status to management and project contacts and responds proactively with recommendations to ensure successful completion of projects.
