Georgia United offers paid time off (vacation, sick and personal time off) that accrue based on the number of years of service. In addition to PTO, we offer every team member up to 40 hours of annual time off each year that is separate from accrued time off and up to 11 paid holidays.
We partner with Fidelity Investments to offer retirement benefits. Georgia United offers matching contributions up to 4% as well as a Safe Harbor profit sharing contribution that provides team members with an additional 6% contribution of their annual compensation.
Giving Back to our Community
