you prefer a variable rate line of credit or want to secure a fixed rate with
predictable monthly payments, our Combo HELOC has you covered. You can lock in up to five portions of your balance at once, making it
easy to manage your finances. As you pay off those locked balances, your line
of credit will increase, giving you even more flexibility to use
whenever you need it.
- Minimum lock amount is $5,000
- First rate lock is free and each additional lock is $50
What You'll Need to Apply for a HELOC
To accurately determine your credit request you may be asked to provide some or all of the items listed below. To expedite this process, you can choose to upload these items at the time of submitting your application.
- Driver's license
- Pay stubs for most recent 30 days
- IRS W-2 forms for most recent year
- Tax returns for most recent two years, if self-employed
- Most recent mortgage statement for all properties owned
- Homeowner's insurance declaration pages for all properties owned
- Current property tax billing statements for all properties owned
