Other Ways to Make a Payment

While Online Banking is the most convenient way to make a payment, we know it's not for everyone. Below are some other ways you can easily make your payment:

• Visit a Georgia United branch location to make a cash or check payment
  
• Call 877.330.4047 (First and Second Fixed Mortgages) or 888.493.4328 (HELOCs)
• Mail a check to the payment address below

Payoff requests

First Mortgages and Fixed Second Mortgages: Call 877.330.4047 to submit your request.

HELOCs: A written request for a payoff statement must be faxed to 770.476.6480. If the request is made by a third party on behalf of the account holder, written authorization from the account holder must be included with the request. Requests are handled within 7 business days after receipt of the written request.

Subordination Requests

A $250 non-refundable processing fee must be paid in connection with the subordination request. All documentation must be submitted in order for the request to be processed.
