Work/Life Balance

Georgia United offers paid time off (vacation, sick and personal time off) that accrue based on the number of years of service. In addition to PTO, we offer every team member up to 40 hours of annual time off each year that is separate from accrued time off and up to 11 paid holidays.

Retirement

We partner with Fidelity Investments to offer retirement benefits. Georgia United offers a Safe Harbor matching contribution equal to 100% of a team member's deferrals up to 5%, as well as an additional company non elective contribution of 5% of their annual compensation.
