Georgia United Redefines Banking in Cumming, Georgia

DULUTH, GA  - Georgia United Credit Union relocated its former branch on Canton Highway in Cumming, Georgia, to a new, full-service location at 731 Atlanta Highway. The newly opened, 2,900 square-foot branch is designed to better serve members who work, live and enjoy time in Cumming, Georgia. The new build features a modern design, in line with Georgia United’s commitment to focusing on their members, providing space for tailored financial conversations and upgraded technology.

To celebrate the opening of their new location, Georgia United hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on January 30, 2025.

The modern floorplan and workflow of the new branch mirror elements Georgia United has rolled out in other branches, redefining the in-person banking experience with a relaxing comfort zone, a beverage bar area, flexible office space and personalized service stations designed to meet members' evolving needs.

Georgia United values its team members and has invested in upskilling tellers to become member consultants. These consultants can now sit down with members at dedicated service spots to provide personalized advice and product recommendations.
