Lost or Stolen Cards
How to freeze and report your missing card
If you've misplaced your card, freeze it in Online Banking or the Georgia United Mobile App:
- Click 'Services' in the navigation menu
- Select 'Manage Cards'
- Select the card you would like to freeze and choose 'Freeze Card'
Once your card is found, you can unfreeze it following these same steps. To order a new card, please contact us at 888.493.4328.
