Lost/Stolen Credit Card
If you've misplaced your card, quickly freeze it in Online Banking or by contacting our Member Care Center at 888.493.4328.
To freeze your card in Online Banking:
- Click 'Cards' in the navigation menu.
- Select the card you would like to freeze.
- From the drop-down, choose 'Freeze Card.' Once your card is found, you can unfreeze it following these same steps.
If you suspect fraud or need to order a replacement card, we'll be happy to assist you with this as well. To order a new card, please contact our Member Care Center.
*Purchases do not include items returned for credit, balance transfers, cash advances and interest. There is no limit to the amount of cash back you can earn, as long as your account is open and in good standing. Cash back received will be automatically deposited into your Savings (Share) Account each month.
**Introductory 1.99% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is available on purchases and balance transfers for 12 billing cycles. After that, your APR will be a variable rate, currently 9.99% to 22.99% for the Visa Platinum Card and 11.99% to 22.99% for the Visa Cash Back Card and based on your creditworthiness and ability to repay. Balance transfers must occur within the first three billing cycles. Balance transfers incur interest charges from the transaction date. To avoid paying interest on purchases, you must pay your entire balance by the next due date, including transferred balances under this promotion.
